We follow a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure the authenticity of products, protect customer privacy, and prevent product tampering or modification. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return and replacement or refund under the following conditions:

1. If any defect (damaged/defective/wrong item) is found after opening the box, please contact our Customer Relationship Management Department (via inbox or hotline: +8801643-872084) as soon as possible with valid photo/video proof. This does not apply to products with pre-declared conditions.
2. Upon review, our CRM team will replace or adjust payment accordingly. This complaint is valid only within 3 days of receiving the product. For electronic items, a 15-day replacement guarantee is offered from the delivery date for defective or non-functioning items.
3. Used/swiped, liquid/semi-liquid products or clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. Products cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes their mind or dislikes the product’s smell, texture, color, or design after purchase.
5. The return policy is not applicable if the product seal is broken or if the product doesn’t suit you personally.
6. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may allow an exchange subject to payment of return and re-shipping costs. Approval depends on product type, risk, and management discretion.
7. The original invoice,

   Products Of Britain box, and intact product packaging (where applicable) must be returned with the product.

8. Once CRM agrees to the exchange, the pre-transfer process must be completed within 3 days from the agreed time.
